What started as a single experimental room has expanded into a multi-studio ecosystem where creativity comes alive through immersive design, intentional lighting, and thoughtful, artist-driven detail.
Each studio has its own personality and purpose — but together, they form one cohesive, ever-growing creative home.

Studio 14 is our spacious, high-ceiling studio designed for creators who need room to move, build, and dream big. With its vertical height, large roll-up garage door, and full-color seamless backdrop wall, this studio gives you the flexibility to produce anything from clean editorial shoots to dynamic movement work, brand campaigns, product photography, or rehearsal space.

Studio Noir is our fully immersive blackbox studio, designed for creators who want total control over mood, lighting, and atmosphere. With matte-black walls, a clean open layout, and a wide roll-up garage door for easy load-in, this space is built for everything from dramatic portraits to full production setups.

At the heart of Studio Noir is our state-of-the-art DMX lighting system, a professional-grade setup engineered to be incredibly powerful yet intuitive enough for first-time users. With customizable lighting presets, color control, and effortless mood-shifting options, you can walk in and create editorial-level visuals without needing a lighting tech on site.

About Us - Philippe & Alanna Bélanger

We’re Philippe and Alanna Bélanger, partners in life, art, and the endless adventure of building creative spaces.
Together, we’ve spent our careers performing around the world as professional circus artists, working with companies like Cirque du Soleil, Spiegelworld’s Absinthe, and productions across North America, Europe, and Australia. Creativity is the core of who we are, on stage, in the air, and now inside our studios.

After years of performing, traveling, creating acts, and collaborating with artists from every discipline, we dreamed of building spaces where creators could feel supported, inspired, and free to explore their craft. Spaces that were accessible, beautifully designed, intuitive to use, and welcoming to all levels of experience.

That dream became Studio 14, Studio Noir, and Studio 14 Sets. Three studios designed with the practicality of performers, the vision of photographers, and the heart of artists who understand what it means to create something meaningful.

We built these studios the same way we approach our work on stage: with dedication, with curiosity, with play, and with a love for community.
